Bill Dettmer has recently published The Logical Thinking Process - A systems approach to complex problem solving which is a significant update to his earlier text, "Goldratt's Theory of Constraints: A Systems Approach to Continuous Improvement" (GTOC).
I've learned a lot from Bill's books over the last decade so I'm delighted that he has agreed to answer a few questions here on the tocthinkers.com blog. I'll post the first three questions shortly and more will follow.
